Otherland has a Quest Log, accessible by pressing (default) L.
It lists the characters current quests, the quest level and which npc gave it to the character. It is not yet known if the quest log has a limit on the number of concurrent quests.
Clicking on an entry in the list opens a second dialog box with further details including the description, quest giver, rewards and allows you to abandon the quest or open a Map.
