"Orlando is the first person you meet after awakening following the events in the Tutorial" (Not sure this is correct as I think he's been removed from the tutorial.)
. He is tasked with keeping the Otherland network clean, and he asks for your help with the Limbo area.
Also met after the third bonfire is lit during quest "Let it burn" in Monk's Gate.
You must battle him and his marvelous sword during quest "Orlando!" near the Red Castle in Queen's Lynn.
